Refusjonspolicy

General
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

This policy does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (14 days). Our 60-day policy is an additional goodwill extension beyond the legal minimum.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must include the digital receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@extrajoss.eu. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Commercial purchases
These return rules apply to individual consumers only. Commercial purchases are non-returnable unless expressly agreed in writing before the order is placed.

If we have agreed in advance to accept a commercial return, the following conditions apply:

  • You must inform us immediately upon delivery if any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return must be requested within 14 days after receiving the items.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Discounted, customised, or bulk orders are non-returnable.

Orders placed in quantities or with purchase patterns inconsistent with normal consumer use, or placed on behalf of an organisation, company, club, or group, are deemed commercial purchases. The same applies if you request discounts or other terms indicating intent to resell the items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
