Livraison

We ship all our orders directly from the Netherlands (EU). We work hard to get your Extra Joss to you as quickly as possible, so you can enjoy your energy boost.

Delivery times

  • Netherlands: Place your order on business days before 23:00, and your Extra Joss will be delivered the next day.

  • Belgium: Place your order on business days before 20:00, and your Extra Joss will be delivered the next day or the day after.

  • Other countries: Place your order on a business day before 20:00, and your package will arrive within 2–4 business days. Your estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

  • Netherlands & Belgium: Free shipping on orders over €30, otherwise €3,95.

  • Rest of Europe: Free shipping on orders over €50, otherwise shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking links typically become active within 12-24 hours.

  • You can update your delivery preferences via the carrier's tracking link.

  • Tip: For the most up-to-date information on your delivery, please check the tracking link or contact the courier directly, as they have the most accurate location data.

Please note: During exceptionally busy periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (outside the EU)

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs clearance, which can cause delays. Extra Joss is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages or Loss

While we pack your orders with care, Extra Joss is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.

  2. Be sure to save all packaging materials and the damaged items, as the carrier will need these to process your claim.
